When I lay my hands, I do not only touch the skin.
I feel a wider field, subtler.
A field that surrounds, that passes through, that sometimes whispers much louder than the body itself.

We call it aura, energy body, vital field…
The words do not matter.
What I know is that it is alive.
And that it speaks too.

A fine, silent perception

I do not “see” energy like in a science-fiction film. I feel it.
Through warmth. Through shivers. Through areas that are denser, colder, lighter.
Through impulses in my hands, fleeting images, emotions that do not belong to me.

It is a language that does not go through the head. It goes through the body.
A language I have learned to listen to with patience, over the years, the encounters, the treatments.

Chakras: vibrating doorways

The chakras, for me, are not fixed concepts.
They are living energy centres, in motion.
Points of resonance that tell me about a person’s inner state.

I do not try to “open”, “close” or “realign” mechanically.
I feel balance or imbalance, excess or lack, and I let my hands accompany what is seeking to flow again.

Sometimes the heart chakra presents itself as closed, contracted, protected.
Sometimes it is the pelvis that calls, to regain grounding and vitality.
Sometimes it is the crown of the head that suddenly opens, like a door one barely dared to set ajar.

The aura: a space around the body

L’aura, I feel it as a field of information.
A living memory.
It can be fluid, clear, expanding… or on the contrary tight, troubled, charged.

I never linger there for too long.
I move through it gently, as if to say: “I see you. I am listening to you.”
And sometimes, simply by offering my presence, something lightens.

An energetic touch, a touch of the living

What guides me in these treatments is not a will to act.
It is a stance oflistening.
I do not “do” something to the person.
I connect with what is there, I create a space, and I accompany.

My touch is physical, of course. But it is also vibrational.
It passes through layers. It enters into resonance.

It is a dialogue. Silent, but deep.

And afterwards?

People often tell me they felt waves of warmth. Images. Emotions rising.
Sometimes a deep calm, as if something had reorganised itself from within.

Each treatment is unique.
But each time, I witness a movement of life.
A gentle reconnection between body, soul and energy.
