Massage training
& energy work
The art of conscious touch
Four days to learn a complete massage protocol, lay solid foundations in anatomy and discover the energy-based approach, in a small group at the Centre Ananda in Cannes.
The right touch begins with presence
Learning massage means developing presence, listening to the body and a touch that encourages relaxation. Massage is much more than a sequence of movements.
This course gives you the foundations for a complete massage: a fluid, structured protocol, anatomical reference points, suitable postures and quality movements. It also encourages perception, adaptation and a conscious approach, so that every session is a true encounter.

Leave with everything to practise
Each student receives illustrated course booklets, more than 30 colour pages in Parenthèse Sensorielle’s colours, designed to support your practice during and after the course.
The protocol booklet details the session area by area, with a diagram for each sequence. The theory booklet brings together the anatomy useful for massage, the chakras, the nadis and the different bodies.
Thomas Da Silva
Energy massage therapist in Cannes and founder of Parenthèse Sensorielle, I support the people I treat with treatments that combine touch and energy work, at the Centre Ananda and in luxury hotels on the French Riviera.
In this course, I pass on a structured protocol while inviting each student to develop their own perception: technique is the common thread, presence does the rest.
