Family constellations: my approach integrated into the Soul Treatment

Family constellations: the basic principleHow I integrate constellations into my workWhat it can concretely unblockWhat I cannot explain in wordsHow a first session unfoldsA few weeks ago, a young woman came to see me for a course of three Soul Treatments. She had just changed her life and her home, along with a few personal adjustments too. And an immense fatigue had set in, with a loss of meaning and a loss of energy. During these three sessions, we explored ancestral memories, a sense of past lives, and a deep energy clearing. Today she feels happy again, at peace with her story. She understood a feeling of abandonment that had been with her for a very long time, without her ever being able to name it before.
That, for me, is what family constellations are: not always a circle session with representatives, but a tool, integrated into the body, to bring flow back where memory has frozen.
Family constellations: the basic principle
Family constellations are an approach born from the work of Bert Hellinger. The central idea is that we carry memories that do not belong to us alone. Invisible loyalties, ancestral repetitions, patterns passed down from generation to generation without anyone really being aware of them.
In their classic form, constellations take place in a group, with representatives who embody the members of a family. That is not the form I offer. I trained in this tool for a year, and I have integrated it differently into my practice.
How I integrate constellations into my work
I work through the body. In my Soul Treatments and in some Constellation and Libération massages, I use systemic work to restore communication between the different bodies and the karmic or ancestral memories. Touch becomes a language. It makes it possible to reach what is blocked where words cannot.
I offer this work in two ways. In an individual session, in a private and intimate setting, at the Centre Ananda. Or in a group, during some of the retreats I lead, when the collective format makes sense for what needs to be explored.
What it can concretely unblock
The people who come to this kind of support often carry a vague feeling that is hard to name. A fatigue that cannot be explained. A pattern that repeats itself, in love, at work, in the family. An emptiness, a feeling of abandonment, a burden that seems older than they are.
Working on ancestral memories and energy clearing often makes it possible to put words, or simply peace, where there was only confusion. As with this young woman, it is not always immediate. It is a path, sometimes over several sessions.
What I cannot explain in words
The question that comes up most often is: how does it work? And honestly, I do not always have a rational answer to give. Part of this work belongs to something words cannot fully grasp. A form of magic, in the true sense of the word. What I can say is what I observe session after session: something flows again, something is released.
I do not speak to those who need to understand everything before having the experience. I speak to those who feel there is something to explore, even without being able to name it precisely.
How a first session unfolds
We always begin with a conversation, to understand what brings you, what keeps repeating in your life without you finding its origin. Then, depending on what emerges, I guide you towards a Soul Treatment session, a Constellation or Libération massage, or a course of several sessions if the subject calls for it.
If this path resonates with you, discover the energy treatments I offer at the Centre Ananda, which include this support through systemic work and touch.
