The Ananda Boutique was born from the wish to extend the experience lived at the Centre beyond the session.
It brings together carefully chosen products, used during treatments and selected for their quality, their ethics and their sensory dimension.
Each product offered is an invitation to take care of yourself with more presence, in continuity with the support experienced at the Centre Ananda.
Lakshmi is my favourite organic skincare brand, founded on the principles of traditional Ayurvedic medicine.
The massage oils used at the Centre come in three ranges, corresponding to the three doshas : Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
A more precious anti-ageing rangecompletes this approach, particularly for facial care.
These oils accompany the treatment in all its depth and let you extend, at home, a suitable ritual, mindful and respectful of the body.
The Sense body care candle is my favourite at the Ananda Boutique.
I use it during the Cocoon ritual, for its quality, its sensoriality and the softness it brings to touch.
Made from natural ingredients, it turns into a warm, enveloping oil on contact with the skin, inviting letting go and deep relaxation.
Available in three versions, it lets you extend the Cocoon ritual experience at home and create a simple, intimate and mindful moment of care.
The incense offered at the Ananda Boutique is handmade in India by Meenu, a dear friend. It is crafted with respect for the plants, the gestures and the traditions.
I use it to accompany certain moments of recentring, purification or transition, at the Centre and in everyday life.
Sage sticks complete this approach, to cleanse a space, set an intention or simply mark a moment.
