Entre obligations, sollicitations ext\u00e9rieures et rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9, il devient facile de se perdre de vue. Pourtant, il suffit parfois de quelques minutes pour retrouver son axe, son souffle, son \u00e9nergie. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que les <strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"472\">rituels personnels<\/strong> trouvent leur place : de petites pratiques simples, ancr\u00e9es dans le quotidien, qui agissent comme des <strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"595\">points de rep\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"639\">\ud83c\udf3f Pourquoi un rituel change tout<\/h3><p data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"952\">Un rituel n\u2019est pas une routine m\u00e9canique.<br data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"685\" \/>C\u2019est un <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"711\">moment choisi<\/strong>, une attention particuli\u00e8re que l\u2019on porte \u00e0 soi, \u00e0 son corps, \u00e0 son esprit. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 la routine est souvent inconsciente, le rituel devient <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"863\">conscient<\/strong> : il ouvre un espace o\u00f9 l\u2019on ralentit, o\u00f9 l\u2019on se reconnecte \u00e0 ce qui compte vraiment.<\/p><p data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1092\">Un rituel est une <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"998\">respiration int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>. Il rappelle \u00e0 notre corps qu\u2019il peut se d\u00e9tendre, et \u00e0 notre esprit qu\u2019il peut se d\u00e9poser.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1138\">\u2728 Quelques exemples de rituels simples<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1730\"><li data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1263\"><p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1263\"><strong data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1153\">Le matin<\/strong> : s\u2019offrir 3 profondes respirations avant m\u00eame d\u2019allumer le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Poser une intention pour la journ\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1384\"><p data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1384\"><strong data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1285\">Dans la journ\u00e9e<\/strong> : marcher 5 minutes en conscience, sans distraction, juste en ressentant ses pas et son souffle.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1496\"><p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1496\"><strong data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1401\">Au travail<\/strong> : poser la main sur son c\u0153ur quelques instants avant une r\u00e9union ou une d\u00e9cision importante.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1628\"><p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1628\"><strong data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1510\">Le soir<\/strong> : \u00e9crire une gratitude dans un carnet, ou simplement remercier int\u00e9rieurement pour un d\u00e9tail positif de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1730\"><p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1730\"><strong data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1650\">Avant de dormir<\/strong> : \u00e9couter un mantra, une musique douce, ou le silence pour apaiser le mental.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1882\">Ces gestes peuvent sembler minimes.
