Cher Journal,<\/p>

La p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates est maintenant termin\u00e9e, et quel plaisir j\u2019ai connu cette ann\u00e9e ! \u00catre en famille, profiter de ces instants simples, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une douceur exquise. Peut-\u00eatre que la distance rend les retrouvailles plus pr\u00e9cieuses. Une parenth\u00e8se inestimable se referme. J\u2019ai l\u2019impression que le tourbillon soci\u00e9tal reprend de plus belle et que la course \u00e0 la performance a, elle aussi, termin\u00e9 ses vacances.<\/p>

Mais chaque d\u00e9cision prise, si elle l’est en vue d\u2019un mieux-\u00eatre, est bonne \u00e0 prendre. Et je trouve cela super de vouloir reprendre les r\u00eanes de sa vie, d\u2019ajuster la direction que l\u2019on emprunte.<\/p>

Un cap non n\u00e9gligeable a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchi en 2022. Nous sommes d\u00e9sormais plus de 8.000.000.000 \u00e0 vivre au m\u00eame moment, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la vie sur cette Terre\u2026 Vertigineux, non ?<\/p>

Beaucoup disent que nous sommes trop \u00e0 vivre sur notre plan\u00e8te. Je dirai plut\u00f4t que nous sommes trop \u00e0 survivre, \u00e0 mal vivre, peu d\u2019\u00e2mes vivent vraiment. Et qu\u2019importe le nombre que nous sommes, \u00e7a m\u2019invite \u00e0 toujours plus d\u2019humilit\u00e9. Alors je prie pour une v\u00e9ritable tol\u00e9rance face \u00e0 cette diversit\u00e9 croissante. Tous les objets composant l’univers ; les galaxies, les amas de poussi\u00e8res, les astres, s’\u00e9loignent inexorablement les uns des autres. Comme nous. Le conflit est-il in\u00e9luctable ?<\/p>

L\u2019Homme r\u00eave toujours d\u2019expansion, ce qui est contre-nature. La Nature nous montre le chemin. En cet hiver, celui du retour \u00e0 la Terre, dans notre for int\u00e9rieur. Le repli est un acte nous demandant authenticit\u00e9 et lucidit\u00e9. Retourner aux origines, \u00e0 nos racines. Oser \u00eatre Soi.<\/p>

Au lieu de cultiver son jardin, l\u2019Homme l\u2019exploite. C\u2019est pourtant le lieu id\u00e9al pour exercer son talent. Et le talent du jardinier consiste aussi parfois \u00e0 laisser la terre tranquille.<\/p>

Je pense alors \u00e0 toute la sagesse qu\u2019Albert Camus nous a transmis de sa plume : \u00ab Au milieu de l\u2019hiver, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert en moi un invincible \u00e9t\u00e9. \u00bb Peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019\u00e0 travers cette d\u00e9couverte, nous passerons de la survie \u00e0 la vie, et que le conflit engendr\u00e9 par la peur, laissera place \u00e0 la Paix, fille de l\u2019Amour. Il nous appartient de cultiver cette alternative, de d\u00e9ployer nos ailes.
