Cher Journal,

Ce week-end j\u2019ai assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce de th\u00e9\u00e2tre unique, celle aux mille d\u00e9cors dont je suis l\u2019acteur principal. Tout cela s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans mon monde int\u00e9rieur, et ce fut intense. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert des masques, des strat\u00e9gies, des subterfuges utilis\u00e9s, ayant pour seul objectif de m\u2019aider \u00e0 vivre au mieux dans ce monde. Je me suis vu au fil des actes, le d\u00e9pendant affectif \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une fusion, le fuyant refusant cat\u00e9goriquement toute forme d\u2019engagement, le contr\u00f4lant souhaitant prendre l\u2019ascendant afin de ne pas \u00eatre d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9. Je me suis vu comme un \u00eatre humain, bless\u00e9, apeur\u00e9 et en recherche de solutions rapides.

J\u2019ai aim\u00e9 voir ce spectacle. Celui de l\u2019intelligence de la vie cherchant quoi qu\u2019il en co\u00fbte des solutions pour avancer sur le chemin, continuer le mouvement. Ce ballet psychique, c\u2019est ma vie. Et en fait, ce n\u2019est pas qui je suis. Car finalement, qu\u2019importe les changements de d\u00e9cors, de costumes, de masques, de personnages secondaires, un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment fut immuable\u00a0: ma conscience. Cela m\u2019a fait du bien de trouver une sorte d\u2019ancrage au milieu de ce vortex \u00e9motionnel.

Je ne pourrai jamais changer l\u2019histoire, ni gu\u00e9rir totalement de mes blessures, c\u2019est vrai. Mais je sais aussi que ces failles ne d\u00e9terminent pas qui je suis, que la vie m\u2019accompagne au mieux pour m\u2019en d\u00e9tacher progressivement, et trouver la paix.\u00a0 Il n\u2019y a pas de n\u00e9nuphar sans boue. Le plus beau cadeau que l\u2019on puisse se faire, \u00e0 mon sens, est d\u2019\u00eatre lucide de notre condition humaine. Nous ne pouvons \u00e9chapper \u00e0 la douleur, contrairement \u00e0 la souffrance, qui elle, peut devenir optionnelle.<\/p>

Ce matin, j\u2019ai l\u2019impression que les fl\u00e8ches du Sagittaire m\u2019emportent haut, \u00e0 distance des eaux profondes du Scorpion. Comme Icare, je m\u2019\u00e9chappe du d\u00e9dale de mon esprit, de mon labyrinthe mental gard\u00e9 par le Minotaure afin de retrouver la libert\u00e9. Promis, je ne m\u2019approcherai pas trop du soleil, et garderai les pieds sur Terre. Ce matin, je ressens \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de l\u2019amour et de la tendresse pour certains actes de mon \u0153uvre th\u00e9\u00e2trale, qui autrefois tourmentaient mon imaginaire. Et dans cette vie, moi seul ai le pouvoir de me donner cette libert\u00e9.<\/p>
