Apparemment pour \u00eatre heureux sur Terre il faut avoir une situation professionnelle s\u00e9curisante, poss\u00e9der une grande maison, des gadgets, avoir un corps \u00ab\u00a0standard\u00a0\u00bb\u2026 Apparemment, il faut avoir. Pourtant \u00ab avoir heureux \u00bb \u00e7a ne veut rien dire\u2026 Bien s\u00fbr, j\u2019aime le confort et l\u2019argent, mais \u00e7a me semble si vide. Comme si on nous alimentait aux sentiments d\u2019appartenance et de manque, une nourriture qui \u00e9teint doucement notre flamme, notre \u00eatre\u2026<br \/><br \/>Ce que je cherche, c\u2019est le bonheur, le vrai. Tu sais, ce moment o\u00f9 tu te dis \u00ab c\u2019est exactement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 j\u2019ai envie d\u2019\u00eatre, pour rien au monde j\u2019\u00e9changerai ma place \u00bb. Un \u00e9pisode extatique. Cet instant o\u00f9 la vie te semble bienfaisante, belle, douce, o\u00f9 tu ressens une profonde gratitude pour tout ce qui est. Je ressens parfois cela quand je vois le soleil se lever et la Nature se r\u00e9veiller. Mais \u00e7a finit toujours par partir, la nuit revient\u2026 et ce qui suit n\u2019est gu\u00e8re confortable.<br \/><br \/>Ce sont dans ces moments qui succ\u00e8dent que je plonge dans les profondeurs de mon \u00e2me, sombre m\u00e9lange de tristesse et m\u00e9lancolie. Une connexion avec mes peurs visc\u00e9rales, une parenth\u00e8se o\u00f9 je flirte avec mes angoisses. Et c\u2019est exactement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on j\u2019en apprend le plus sur moi-m\u00eame, sur mes filtres. Le soleil revient toujours apr\u00e8s la nuit, c\u2019est ainsi.<br \/><br \/>Mais c\u2019est aussi l\u00e0 o\u00f9 \u00e7a foire dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. On n\u2019ose pas montrer ses failles, ses peurs, ni se les avouer. On s\u2019aime \u00e0 moiti\u00e9. Pour s\u2019accepter, encore faut-il se connaitre, revenir \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi. L\u2019introspection n\u2019est pas une valeur r\u00e9pandue dans un monde tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019apparence, o\u00f9 il faut \u00ab garder la face \u00bb. Du coup, je vois autour de moi des humains se couper peu \u00e0 peu de leurs \u00e9motions, des autres et de leur beaut\u00e9. Pourtant dans la profondeur de leur regard, je per\u00e7ois toujours cette \u00e9tincelle qui brille en chacun d\u2019eux, elle demande juste \u00e0 \u00eatre l\u00e0.<br \/><br \/>Cher journal, sais-tu que du chaos naissent les \u00e9toiles ? En plongeant dans mes t\u00e9n\u00e8bres int\u00e9rieures pour rallumer les \u00e9toiles de mon univers, je d\u00e9couvre la richesse de ce qu\u2019on appelle le chaos.
